A West Michigan native, Linda grew up on the NW side of Grand Rapids. She left for a while, but as with many Grand Rapidians, she was lured back by the cities’ charm and quality of life. Upon their return to Grand Rapids, Linda and her husband settled on the SE side in Ada and their family quickly fell in love with all the open spaces and beautiful parks. Linda loves Grand Rapids because each community has its own unique character and through her work, as a Realtor® she is able to play an active role in helping her clients discover all the little hidden gems throughout the city.
Family is everything to Linda and cooking big dinners for them is one of her favorite past times. The Fetterhoff home has a constant stream of family and friends and that’s just the way they like it. A devoted mother and wife, she takes a lot of pride in her family and her top priority is making sure her children have all they need to get started in life. As I began helping my mom, Linda, over the past 5 years my curiosity for real estate transactions developed. This past year I attended law school at Wayne State in Detroit where I got to learn more about property law, contracting, and agency. I have always loved the Grand Rapids area and want to study that market, while also conveying my findings to clients that enjoy this great city. My goal as an agent is to educate and help individuals and families find a home to grow in.
Between my year in law school covering the main tenets of property law, contract law, and agency law, after watching Linda, a real estate agent, and going with her to open houses for the past 5 years I know I have what it takes to help get every client a great deal that they are happy with.
I am known to be very hard working. Make sure to perform any project comprehensively and thoroughly no matter how nuanced the process may be. At the same time, I genuinely love to learn and that adds to having a comprehensive understanding of what is going on. I never settle for “because” and always need to find the “why”. Real estate is the perfect job for me so that I can always fill that need to learn. I also sincerely enjoy meeting new people and working with those people to accomplish their goals as they were preconceived. I want to be trusted based on merit. Eventually wanting to be highly proficient in the real estate industry yet still unpacking more and more difficult layers for as long as my career lasts.
